Had the dreaded najjerback* for two days. Almost confined to bed –
to put on socks:

  1. take both socks in right hand
  2. carefully lie back on bed
  3. bend legs until knees are touching chin
  4. lift sock (1) up to foot hovering in mid air & put it on
  5. repeat (4) for other foot
Similar performance required for pants, trousers & shoes.
Got out for cat food Thursday but not set foot outside since.
Up this am: Ok so far (fnigers crossed). Sunny w clouds out.


*najjerback: the unexplainable agony that is caused by the sciatic nerve being interfered with.
